Full interior walk-around before anything comes off. Door panels, dashboard trim, and harness access points all documented. Every pre-existing clip, scratch, or loose piece of trim is noted — nothing gets blamed on us that wasn't us.

Panels pulled in factory service sequence so every clip goes back in perfectly. LED strips and wiring are routed along your OEM harness — loomed, secured, and completely invisible behind trim before a single light turns on.

INSTALL & CALIBRATION

Strips placed and tested zone by zone — no guessing. App paired to your phone on the spot. Music sync calibrated, all color scenes saved. Full live system test before panels go back. You should be able to use it immediately at pickup.

AMBIENT LIGHTING — FAQ.

  • Will ambient lighting void my car warranty?
    No — and this is one of the most common concerns we hear. Our ambient lighting is 100% fuse-protected and connects to your factory harness using OEM-style connectors. There is no cutting, no splicing, and no permanent modification to any factory wiring. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, aftermarket accessories installed without causing damage cannot void your factory warranty. Our installation method gives your dealer absolutely nothing to point at.
  • What app controls the ambient lighting?
    We use MAODANER LED hardware, which connects to a free Bluetooth app available on iOS and Android. The app lets you change colors, set saved scenes, adjust brightness per zone, toggle music sync mode, and create custom lighting programs — all from your phone. Setup takes about 60 seconds and works immediately at pickup.
  • How long does an ambient lighting install take?
    Most Stage 1 and Stage 2 builds are same-day installs, typically 4 to 6 hours depending on the vehicle. Stage 3 can take a full day for more complex vehicles. Your car stays in our indoor Bronx shop the entire time — we do not rush the process to meet an arbitrary pickup window.
  • What vehicles can get ambient lighting installed?
    The vast majority of vehicles from 2015 and newer are fully compatible with our system. We have installed in sedans, SUVs, coupes, and trucks across many makes including Honda, Toyota, Acura, BMW, Mercedes, Nissan, and more. We verify compatibility before you pay any deposit — if your car is not a good fit, we tell you upfront.
  • How much does ambient lighting cost in the Bronx?
    Our ambient lighting starts at $399 for Stage 1 — which covers your full dashboard and all 4 doors with premium RGB LED and full app control. Stage 2 adds footwell lighting and music sync for $599. Stage 3 includes door handle lights, storage pocket lighting, and speaker ring glow for $799. A deposit is required to lock your slot and order your materials.
